What Does a Letter from the Tax Commissioner in 1985 Mean for Your Finances Today?

Here is a letter that I found, there are a great many things that this shouts out to you in your financial life.

  1. I am not an advocate for not paying taxes, but if the 16th Amendment was never properly ratified then why are we paying taxes?

  2. Does this mean I will get all my taxes back?

  3. Do I need to continue paying taxes?

These are a few of the questions to be asking yourself. And it does no good to talk to your tax guy, he/she don't know they were improperly educated. The las thing is to talk to a tax attorney, they are being paid to not disclose to you the reality of it. The only thing we can do is file the proper tax documents and see if we get refunds.
