This Privacy Policy explains what information Stark Financial Group LLC (“Stark Financial Group,” “SFG,” “we,” “us”) collects when you visit www.stark-financial-group.com, contact us, buy from our shop, or take part in our classes and mentor group, and how we use and protect it.

Information you give us
Contact and service request forms — your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and whatever you choose to tell us in your message.
Intake and course paperwork — when you become a client or student, the personal details you choose to provide so we can prepare your educational materials and documents (for example names, addresses, dates, and copies of documents you upload).
Purchases — your name, email, and billing and shipping details when you buy from our shop. Card payments are processed by Square; we do not receive or store your full card number.
Communications — the emails, messages, and call participation you send us, including through Google Classroom, Google Meet, email, and Telegram.
Information collected automatically
Basic technical data that our website host (Google Sites) and shop provider (Square) collect, such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and similar usage information. We do not run advertising trackers on this website.
2. How we use your information
To answer your questions and provide the classes, mentoring, and services you request.
To enroll you in our Google Classroom courses, invite you to our live calls, and send you class notices and reminders.
To process orders and deliver what you purchased.
To keep records required for our business, and to protect our rights and the security of our services.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
3. Google account data (Classroom, Drive, Calendar, Gmail)
SFG uses a Google API application named “Stark Financial Group” to administer our courses. With the permission of the SFG account holder who signs in, it can read class rosters and course materials in Google Classroom, manage course files in Google Drive, add students to our scheduled calls in Google Calendar, and create and send class-related emails from our own Gmail account.
This data is used only to run our classes and student communications.
It is not sold, not used for advertising, and not used to train artificial-intelligence models.
It is not transferred to anyone except as needed to provide these features, to comply with law, or with your consent.
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. Who we share information with
We share information only with the service providers that help us operate, and only as needed for them to do so:
Google (website hosting, Classroom, Meet, Drive, Calendar, Gmail, Forms)
Square (online shop and payment processing)
Telegram (mentor group communications, if you join)
Others where required by law, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.
Each provider handles your information under its own privacy policy.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as you are a student or client and as long as needed for our records, then delete it or keep it only where required by law.
6. Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you.
You can leave a class or the mentor group at any time.
You can ask us to stop sending you emails.

7. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including access controls on our accounts. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children
Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
