These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of www.stark-financial-group.com and to the classes, mentor group, materials, and products offered by Stark Financial Group LLC (“Stark Financial Group,” “SFG,” “we,” “us”). By using the website or our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Educational and private purposes only
All information, materials, classes, and services we provide are for educational, informational, and private purposes only. Nothing we provide is legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice.
2. Not a law firm
“Stark Law Firm” is a trade name used for branding and private educational purposes. Stark Financial Group LLC is not a licensed law firm, and no one acting for us is acting as your attorney unless that is expressly stated in a separate written agreement. Using our website or services does not create an attorney-client relationship.
3. Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for your own decisions, actions, filings, and use of any information or documents. You agree to do your own due diligence and, where appropriate, to seek advice from a licensed attorney or other qualified professional. 5. Classes, mentor group, and live calls
Access to Google Classroom courses, the mentor group, and live calls is personal to you. Do not share your class links, join codes, or materials with anyone else.
Enrollment in the classes covers all fifteen lessons. Moving to the next level requires completing each step in the current level.
Please be respectful on calls and in group chats. We may remove anyone who disrupts a class or misuses our materials.
Class agreements (such as the non-disclosure and class agreements in the INTRO class) also apply, in addition to these Terms.
6. Purchases and payments
Prices are shown at checkout. Payments made through our online shop are processed by Square. Because our courses and digital materials are delivered right away, all sales are final unless we agree otherwise in writing.
7. Our materials
Our website content, lessons, videos, documents, templates, artwork, and logos belong to Stark Financial Group LLC or its licensors. You may use them for your own private education. You may not copy, resell, publish, or distribute them without our written permission.
8. Third-party services and links
Our services use third-party platforms such as Google (Classroom, Meet, Forms, Sites), Square, YouTube, and Telegram, and our website may link to other sites. We are not responsible for those services or sites, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
9. Limitation of liability and hold harmless
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Stark Financial Group LLC and its members, managers, affiliates, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of or reliance on our website, materials, or services. You agree to hold them harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or losses arising from your use of or reliance on the information provided.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the website or our services after that means you accept the updated Terms.
